Frequently Asked Questions
Coaching is for people who are ready to move — not people who are broken. If you have a sense that something needs to shift, that you’re capable of more, or that you’re tired of operating in reactive mode, coaching is likely a great fit.
You don’t need to have it all figured out before reaching out. You just need to be willing to do the work. If you’re still unsure, book a free discovery call — we’ll figure it out together.
Therapy tends to focus on healing — understanding and working through past experiences that are affecting you today. Coaching is forward-focused: it starts from where you are now and helps you get to where you want to be.
Coaching is not a substitute for therapy, and I’ll always say so honestly if I think another type of support would serve you better. Many people work with both a coach and a therapist — they’re complementary, not competing.
It depends on what you’re working on and what format fits best. Coaching engagements typically run between 3 and 6 months, with sessions every 2–3 weeks. That said, there’s no one-size-fits-all timeline here.
Everything is designed around your context — your goals, your pace, and your life. We’ll figure out what makes sense together before you commit to anything.
Yes. Before any engagement begins, we have a discovery conversation — no obligation, no pressure. It’s a chance for us both to get a sense of fit, talk about what you’re looking for, and figure out together what kind of support makes the most sense.
Book yours directly through the Contact page — it’s a free 30-minute call, and it’s where every working relationship starts.
Primarily online — which means we can work together regardless of where you are in North America.
All services are offered in both English and French. You choose the language that feels most natural to you — and we go from there.
Both. I work with individual professionals and leaders on a 1-on-1 basis, and I partner with organizations to design and deliver custom leadership development programs and coaching for their leaders and teams.
If you’re looking for something for your organization — a workshop, a program, or coaching — reach out and we’ll talk about what makes sense for your context and your people.
It’s never too late — and honestly, a late diagnosis is often the beginning of everything making sense. I was diagnosed late in life too. The clarity that comes from finally understanding how your brain works is powerful, and coaching helps you build on that clarity immediately.
Whether you were diagnosed last month or last year, this is exactly the right time to start building systems and strategies that actually fit the way you’re wired.
Not at all. Many ADHD clients are high-performing professionals who are doing well by most measures — but they know they’re working twice as hard as they need to, and they’re ready to stop.
ADHD coaching isn’t about fixing what’s broken. It’s about understanding how your brain works and building on it — so you can perform at your best without burning out to get there.
Especially at that level, yes. The higher you go, the less unsolicited feedback you receive — and the more your blind spots cost you. Senior leaders often have the most to gain from coaching precisely because they’ve been performing without a mirror for a long time.
Coaching at this level isn’t about fixing gaps. It’s about intentionally growing into the leader you want to become — and making sure your impact matches your intention.
Coaching is personal and ongoing — it’s built around you, your challenges, your goals, and your growth over time. Training (or development, as I prefer to call it) is more structured — a program, a workshop, or a series of sessions designed to build specific skills across a team or individual.
Both are valuable, and they work well together. Coaching gives depth; development gives breadth. Many of my clients benefit from both.
Simple. Fill out the contact form or book a discovery call directly from the Contact page. Tell me a little about where you are and what you’re looking for — and we’ll take it from there.
