Twenty-five years in learning and development. Twenty years focused on leadership development. A late ADHD diagnosis that reframed everything I thought I knew.
That combination is the foundation of how I coach. I bring the rigor of two decades in organizational learning and the lived understanding of a brain that doesn’t work by the standard playbook — which makes me effective with clients who are high-performing, self-aware, and still somehow stuck.
I work with professionals and leaders ready to perform and grow, through leadership coaching, development, and ADHD coaching. I work in English and French, online across North America.
I’ve been the leader navigating pressure and competing priorities. I’ve been the professional whose late ADHD diagnosis suddenly made everything make sense. And I’ve spent twenty years in the gap between knowing what to do and actually doing it differently. I don’t just teach these skills. I live them.
Most coaches bring depth. Most trainers bring structure. I bring both — and after two decades designing & facilitating leadership programs as well as coaching leaders, I know the difference between a session that feels good in the room and one that actually changes behavior. I use evidence-based assessment tools, coaching, and learning design to make sure every engagement transfers to real life. The work is always practical, always personal, and always built around you.
Whether you’re leading a team or ready to finally work with your ADHD brain instead of against it —
I’d love to hear where you are and where you want to go.
